Leh, May 9 : The seventh day of the ongoing Yoga and Meditation Sessions at the Mahabodhi International Meditation Centre (MIMC), Leh, witnessed enthusiastic public participation as attendees joined wellness activities focused on physical fitness, mindfulness and mental well-being.
The yoga session was conducted by noted yoga instructor Boney Rajj from The Yoga Institute, who guided participants through a series of yoga practices aimed at promoting holistic health, inner balance and physical well-being.
Participants actively engaged in breathing exercises, stretching routines and meditative practices during the session, which forms part of the broader wellness activities being organised alongside the ongoing Sacred Relic Exposition in Leh.
A separate meditation session was also organised at the Shangri La Pyramid Meditation Centre, where attendees participated in mindfulness exercises designed to encourage mental calmness and emotional balance.
Organisers said the meditation programme focused on promoting inner peace and motivating participants to incorporate meditation and wellness practices into their daily routines.
The ongoing yoga and meditation sessions at MIMC have continued to draw positive response from residents and visitors alike, reflecting growing public interest in wellness-oriented activities centred on healthy and balanced living.
