Leh, May 8 : The ongoing Yoga and Meditation programme at the Mahabodhi International Meditation Centre entered its sixth day on Thursday, drawing sustained participation from people attending the sessions at the Shangri-La Pyramid Meditation Temple in Leh.
The sessions are being conducted under the guidance of Binny Sareen and form part of the broader wellness and spiritual outreach activities underway during the ongoing Sacred Exposition events in Ladakh.
The daily programme commenced with warm-up exercises, followed by yoga postures and guided meditation practices designed to promote physical fitness, mental well-being and emotional balance.
Participants from different sections of society attended the sessions and actively engaged in the exercises, reflecting growing public interest in yoga, meditation and mindfulness-based practices.
Organisers said the initiative aims to encourage holistic health and inner well-being through structured yoga and meditation routines conducted in a peaceful and spiritually oriented environment.
The sessions are scheduled to continue till May 14 at the meditation centre, with organisers expecting continued participation from residents and visitors during the remaining days of the programme.
