Jammu, Mar 10: Indian Army troops delivered a decisive blow to Pakistan-sponsored terrorism today, successfully foiling a brazen infiltration attempt along the Line of Control in the sensitive Jhangar sector of Nowshera around 3 PM.
White Knight Corps detected suspicious movement of two terrorists crossing from the Pakistani side. Alert troops responded with “swift and calibrated combat action,” engaging the intruders immediately and neutralizing one in the fierce firefight that ensued. No breach of the LoC was allowed.
Search operations for the second terrorist are now underway, backed by comprehensive ground dominance and integrated aerial surveillance across the sector. Troops have been reoriented to ensure complete area control and prevent any further hostile activity.
The operation underscores the Army’s unwavering vigilance amid heightened cross-border tensions. “A robust operational posture and heightened alert continue across the sector. The Wall Stands Vigilant — Every Infiltration Bid Will Fail,” the Corps affirmed in its official statement.
