Vadodara, May 12 : Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday inaugurated the Sardardham Hostel in Vadodara, Gujarat, and stressed the importance of cooperation between society and the government for achieving lasting transformation in the education sector.
Addressing the gathering, the Prime Minister said meaningful and enduring outcomes can only be achieved when the government and society work together.
“For changes to be sweeping and outcomes to be enduring, it is imperative that society and the government work in tandem,” Modi said.
Highlighting reforms in the education sector, he stated that initiatives are now being shaped according to ground realities and cited the National Education Policy (NEP) as a key example of this approach.
Modi said the NEP aims to make education more practical, inclusive and aligned with the needs of students and society.
