Leh, March 16 – The Union Territory of Ladakh has reassigned its Secretary to the Lieutenant Governor in a small administrative update.
A General Administration Department order relieves Dr. Laltinkhuma Franklin, IAS (Commissioner/Secretary), of the role effective immediately.
Shashanka Ala, IAS (Administrative Secretary), now takes on the additional charge alongside her current duties until further notice.
