Jammu, March 23: In a major career milestone for Jammu and Kashmir’s bureaucracy, four IAS officers from the Union Territory have been appointed as Assistant Secretaries in key central ministries, the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) announced Monday.
An official memorandum specifies that Anmol Rathore, Arjun Gupta, Seerat Baji, and Aparajita Aryan will undergo an eight-week attachment with the Government of India beginning May 4, 2026. Rathore is assigned to the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Gupta to Women and Child Development, Baji to Power, and Aryan to Social Justice and Empowerment.
