JAMMU, JUNE 2: The Transport Commissioner of Jammu and Kashmir has cancelled the motor vehicle aggregator licence of M/s ANI Technologies Private Limited, popularly known as OLA, with immediate effect.
An order issued by Transport Commissioner Vishesh Paul Mahajan stated that Licence No. 0001, granted to the company for operating aggregator services in the Union Territory, has been revoked following an inspection that found OLA’s registered branch office in Jammu to be non-functional and non-traceable.
The action was taken after authorities determined that the company was not maintaining its registered office as required under the terms and conditions of the licence, prompting the department to withdraw the permission granted for operating as a motor vehicle aggregator in Jammu and Kashmir.
