JAMMU, FEB 20: Jammu Kashmir Lok Bhavan marked the Statehood Day of Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram with special festivities. Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha extended heartiest greetings to their people, praying for their health, prosperity, and rapid socio-economic progress.
Sinha stressed upholding the “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat” spirit, noting India’s unique cultural and spiritual legacy that champions unity and harmony worldwide. “Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram are more than just geographical entities; they are living symbols of the nation’s cultural heritage and unity,” he said. “These two states are the shining diamonds of India. Their unique blend of traditional culture and strong community values serve as a blueprint for resilience and harmony for the entire country.”
He praised the transformative development in both states under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership and paid homage to their great luminaries and icons.
