SRINAGAR, MAy 8 : Mild earthquake tremors were felt across several parts of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday morning.
According to officials, an earthquake measuring 3.5 on the Richter scale struck Kishtwar district at around 9:57:54 am IST.
The epicentre was located in the Kishtwar region at Latitude 33.289 North and Longitude 76.739 East, with a depth of 10 kilometres.
No loss of life or damage to property had been reported from any part of the Union Territory till the filing of this report.
