Jammu, April 29: The Directorate of School Education Jammu (DSEJ) has announced revised school timings for summer‑zone areas in Jammu Division.
Under an order dated April 28, 2026, all government and recognized private schools up to Higher Secondary level will now function from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The new schedule will come into effect from May 1, 2026, and remain in force until September 30, 2026.
