MUMBAI DEC 26 : Ranveer Singh-starrer Dhurandhar has joined the elite Rs 1,000 crore club, crossing the milestone in just 21 days since its December 5 release. The Aditya Dhar-directed spy thriller has become the ninth Indian film ever to achieve this feat and stands as the highest-grossing Indian film of 2025.
The film’s worldwide collections have reached Rs 1,006.7 crore within three weeks, surpassing major 2025 releases including Kantara Chapter 1 and Chhaava. At the domestic box office, Dhurandhar has earned approximately Rs 615 crore nett, making it the highest-grossing Bollywood film ever in India.
The spy thriller capitalized on the Christmas holiday, collecting Rs 25 crore nett on December 25 alone, despite being in its third week. Trade analysts predict the film could end its theatrical run with a lifetime collection exceeding Rs 1,200 crore globally, given its sustained momentum. Made on a budget of Rs 140 crore, Dhurandhar has already delivered profits of over 250%.
