New Delhi, April 10 : In a major breakthrough against cross-border terrorism, the Delhi Police Special Cell dismantled an inter-state terror, arms, and espionage module backed by Pakistan’s ISI and Babbar Khalsa International (BKI). Eleven accused were arrested from Punjab and Delhi, thwarting potential attacks on security establishments.
The operation uncovered nine solar-powered CCTV cameras installed near sensitive locations for surveillance, four pistols, and 24 live cartridges. Investigations revealed the module was sharing critical intelligence with Pakistan-based handlers while engaging in arms trafficking and reconnaissance for terror strikes—all of which were successfully averted.
Senior officers hailed the bust as a critical blow to ISI-sponsored networks, with further interrogations ongoing to unravel deeper linkages.
