Rajouri, May 23 : Security forces engaged terrorists in an exchange of fire on Saturday in the Gambhir Muglan area of Rajouri district, officials said. Contact with the militants was made at about 11:30 a.m., after which troops mounted a calibrated response. The firefight occurred during an intelligence-led joint operation carried out with Jammu & Kashmir Police and CRPF. A cordon has been established around the area to prevent any escape.
