Kathua, Nov 17: Army Public School, Janglot brought together students, parents and academicians on Monday as it hosted Career Conclave 2025, a counselling forum aimed at guiding Classes IX–XII through the widening spectrum of higher-education choices.
More than 25 universities from across the country, including BITS Pilani, Graphic Era University, Thapar University and SRM University, set up interactive stalls, offering information on courses, eligibility criteria, and evolving career paths. University representatives fielded queries on admissions, scholarships and emerging areas of study, enabling students to assess opportunities directly.
The event, held under the leadership of Chairman Brig. Tejinder Choudhary and Principal Dr. Vishakha Sharma, drew over 500 students from CBSE and government schools. Teachers and parents joined the sessions, adding to the bustle around workshops and one-on-one guidance corners.
Organisers said the conclave aimed to help adolescents navigate shifting academic trends and make well-grounded choices for their future. With students engaging in extensive discussions throughout the day, the conclave underscored APS Janglot’s push to broaden career awareness within the school community.
