SRINAGAR, October 31 : Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President Dr Farooq Abdullah has directed that senior party leader Haji Ali Mohammad Sagar will continue to serve as the party’s General Secretary until further orders.
According to an official order issued by Dr Farooq Abdullah, Sagar will continue discharging his responsibilities as General Secretary of the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) until further directions.
Ali Mohammad Sagar is a senior National Conference leader and a seven-time MLA from the Khanyar Assembly constituency. He has been serving as the party’s General Secretary since 2014.
Over the years, Sagar has also held several important ministerial positions in the Jammu and Kashmir Government and remains a prominent figure within the party’s leadership.
