Kaul for stronger Cadre Discipline, Consolidation of Party Base
Leh, Sept 16: National General Secretary and Incharge for Jammu & Kashmir and UT Ladakh, Tarun Chugh, along with BJP State General Secretary (Organisation) Ashok Kaul, spearheaded a day-long organisational workshop in Leh aimed at consolidating the party’s presence and shaping its future roadmap in Ladakh. Their joint leadership underlined the emphasis on reinforcing discipline within the cadre and expanding grassroots engagement across the region.
The workshop was attended by BJP UT Ladakh President Tashi Gyaltson Khachu, Hon’ble CEC LAHDC Leh Advocate Tashi Gyaltson, Executive Councillors, Councillors, former Ladakh MP Jamyang Tsering Namgyal, Haji Anayat Ali, BJP State Vice President, besides State and District office bearers. Representatives from Kissan Morcha, Yuva Morcha, Mahila Morcha, and all Mandal Presidents with their executives also participated, giving the deliberations a broad organisational base.
In their addresses, leaders highlighted the necessity of unity and discipline within the party structure while stressing the importance of reaching the grassroots with people-centric programmes. The deliberations reviewed ongoing initiatives and laid out strategies for upcoming political and developmental engagements in Ladakh.
Speakers also reiterated the achievements of the BJP government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, whose vision of Viksit Bharat and Viksit Ladakh, they said, continues to motivate party workers to dedicate themselves to the welfare of the last man in the queue. The interactive nature of the workshop allowed karyakartas to share insights and renew their resolve to further BJP’s organisational strength in the region.
The session concluded with a collective commitment to intensify efforts in organisational expansion and to deepen the party’s connect with citizens, positioning BJP as an active political force responsive to the aspirations of Ladakh’s people.
