NEW DELHI, MAR 27: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi on Friday and presented him with a symbolic gift set from the state’s Himalayan region. Among the items was a replica of Maa Surkanda Devi, along with ghee made from the indigenous Badri cow, five varieties of rajma (kidney beans) grown in the hilly districts, and local honey.
The gifts highlight Uttarakhand’s religious and agricultural heritage, and come amid the CM’s regular meetings with the Prime Minister to discuss state development, tourism and infrastructure projects.
