New Delhi Feb 8 : Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat on Sunday highlighted that around 1.25 crore Hindus continue to reside in Bangladesh amid ongoing concerns over their safety, issuing a strong call for unity among the community.
Speaking at an event, Bhagwat emphasized the need for Hindus to stand together, cautioning against divisions exploited by external forces for their own gain. His remarks come against the backdrop of recent unrest in Bangladesh, where minority communities have faced targeted violence and displacement.
Bhagwat stressed solidarity as essential for protecting cultural and religious interests, urging collective action over internal conflicts. The statement underscores RSS’s longstanding focus on Hindu consolidation in the face of regional security challenges.
