New Delhi, March 13: Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a sharp swipe at those stoking fears over India’s LPG supply, calling it not just political posturing but a direct blow to the nation during tough times.
Speaking at the NXT Summit, he stressed no country escapes the West Asia crisis unscathed, but India is pulling out all stops to secure energy needs. “Some are trying to cash in by black-marketing products—strict action awaits them,” Modi warned.
He urged everyone—parties, media, youth, cities, villages—to unite against the fallout. Despite global chaos, world leaders eye India as a beacon of hope and progress, he noted.
“India isn’t just growing; it’s leaping to the next level toward a developed nation,” Modi declared, adding global voices now see India as the world’s new center of gravity.
