Anantnag, March 23: Jammu & Kashmir Police have filed a case against a hotel in Pahalgam’s Laddi area for failing to report the stay of 23 foreign nationals, including 19 British citizens, who checked in on March 22 evening.
A routine check in Dehwatoo revealed the violation of Form ‘C’ submission and notification to Police Station Pahalgam, breaching the Foreigners and Immigration Act, 2025, and security protocols.
FIR No. 18/2026 has been registered at PS Pahalgam under relevant sections, with investigations underway. Anantnag Police urged all hoteliers to comply strictly to prevent future action.
