Srinagar, June 5: J&K PDP president Mehbooba Mufti on Thursday visited AIIMS Awantipora and interacted with officials and executing agencies to assess the progress of the under-construction healthcare facility.
During the visit, she reviewed the key challenges affecting the project’s pace and took stock of issues hindering its timely completion. She appreciated the efforts of the teams involved and assured full cooperation in addressing bottlenecks to ensure the early operationalisation of the institute.
The AIIMS Awantipora project, a major healthcare infrastructure initiative in South Kashmir, is being closely monitored as part of efforts to strengthen medical facilities in the region.
