JAMMU, October 29: Four people were injured after a truck collided with two cars on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway (NH-44) in the Dalwas area of Ramban district on Thursday, officials said.
According to an official, the accident occurred near the New Petrol Pump at Dalwas when a truck bearing a Uttar Pradesh registration number collided with two cars travelling from Jammu towards Srinagar.
Four people sustained injuries in the collision and were immediately shifted to District Hospital Ramban for medical treatment. Their identities were not known at the time of reporting.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated an investigation to ascertain the circumstances leading to the accident.
