New Delhi, Apr 4: Five Indian nationals were among 12 people injured in Abu Dhabi on Friday when debris from an intercepted missile fell in the Ajban area.
Local authorities reported minor to moderate injuries to the five Indians and six Nepalis, with one Nepali suffering major injuries. The Abu Dhabi Media Office stated the incident followed a successful interception by air defenses.
No official comment has come from Indian authorities. Since the West Asia conflict erupted on February 28, eight Indians have been killed and several injured in the region.
