Leh, Sept 17: Mera Yuva Bharat (MY Bharat), Ladakh, has appealed to young citizens and the wider public to participate in the ongoing Viksit Bharat Quiz, a nationwide initiative designed to engage youth in shaping India’s vision for 2047.
Deputy Director of MY Bharat Ladakh, Tajamul Ara, called the quiz a platform for informed dialogue on India’s heritage, developmental journey, and aspirations for the coming decades. She encouraged participation from Leh and other regions, stressing that such opportunities allow young minds to contribute meaningfully to nation-building.
Hosted on the MY Bharat portal, the quiz is available in 12 languages to enable broad participation across States and Union Territories. Questions focus on cultural traditions, developmental milestones, and forward-looking policies, intended to spark curiosity while nurturing leadership qualities among participants.
According to officials, winners of the preliminary rounds will advance to further stages that include essays, presentations, and leadership showcases. These levels are structured to assess not only knowledge but also creativity, leadership skills, and the ability to propose innovative solutions aligned with the Viksit Bharat @2047 framework.
Ara underscored the inclusive nature of the initiative, affirming that voices from all regions, including remote areas of Ladakh, would find representation in the dialogue. She expressed confidence that the programme would motivate youth to move from passive spectatorship to active engagement in shaping the nation’s future.
The Viksit Bharat Quiz is part of a broader series of initiatives under the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD) 2026. In Ladakh, the campaign is being driven by MY Bharat with the objective of channeling youth energy into constructive leadership and fostering a collective responsibility toward national development.
