Moscow, Jan 22: A drone attack targeted Taman port on Russia’s Black Sea coast in Krasnodar Krai on Wednesday evening, killing three people and injuring eight others, Interfax news agency reported.
The strike ignited a massive fire that engulfed four petroleum product tanks, leading to the fatalities and moderate injuries.
Taman port plays a crucial role as Russia’s primary export hub for oil, petroleum products, coal, sulfur, ammonia, carbamide, and food cargo.
