Leh, Mar 26: A delegation from Domkhar Kurambik, led by Dr. Morup Dorjay, met Tashi Gyalson in Leh on Wednesday to raise concerns regarding connectivity and ongoing development needs in the region.
The delegation, which included the Nambardar of Domkhar Gongma and executive members, conveyed their appreciation for the efforts made by both leaders toward the welfare of the village and the wider constituency. They acknowledged the continued public outreach and engagement of Adv. Gyalson in addressing local issues.
A major point of discussion during the meeting was the delay in the installation of a BSNL 4G mobile tower that has already received administrative sanction for the area. The delegation urged for early execution of the project and timely rollout of 4G services, citing communication challenges faced by residents.
In addition to connectivity, the members placed before the former CEC a range of pending works and development priorities affecting the area. These included infrastructure-related concerns and the need for sustained attention to local requirements.
Responding to the issues raised, Adv. Tashi Gyalson assured the delegation of his continued support. He reiterated his commitment to facilitating necessary interventions to address the concerns of Domkhar and adjoining areas.
The interaction reflects ongoing engagement between local representatives and leadership over development matters in remote regions of Ladakh, where connectivity and infrastructure remain central to public demand.
