
Leh, Aug 06: Moses Kunzang, a senior officer of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) and the current Director of Urban Local Bodies, was honoured with the LAHDC Leh Special Award under the Administration category during the Ladakh dPal rNgam Duston celebrations held on August 5.
