Leh, Feb 06: The District Institute of Education and Training Leh (DIET Leh) on Friday organised a live screening of Pariksha Pe Charcha, followed by an educational exposure visit for participating students at its campus in Leh.
The live screening was held at the DIET Leh Hall at 10 am and was attended by around 50 students drawn from different schools of the district. The session focused on examination preparation, stress management and maintaining a positive mindset during the examination period.
Students closely followed the live interaction and described the discussion as helpful and motivating for their ongoing preparations.
The programme was attended by Banu Prabha, Secretary, School Education, who conveyed her best wishes to the students. She encouraged them to remain confident, disciplined and focused while preparing for their examinations.
The interaction was further enriched by Padma Chosdon, who had earlier attended Pariksha Pe Charcha with Narendra Modi. Sharing her personal experiences, she urged students to develop self-belief, perseverance and a positive attitude in both academic life and personal growth.
Following the live programme, the participating students were taken on an educational exposure visit within the DIET Leh campus on the same day.
During the visit, students toured the DIET office, VSK laboratory, Balvatika room, digital studio, English laboratory and other academic sections of the institute. Officials and faculty members briefed the students about the activities, training programmes and academic support systems functioning in each unit.
The faculty explained how these facilities are used for teacher training, digital learning, early childhood education, language development and innovative classroom practices. Students showed keen interest and actively interacted with resource persons during the tour.
The exposure visit was organised with the objective of familiarising students with the role of DIET in strengthening the education system and introducing them to modern learning resources and creative educational practices.
The programme concluded on an encouraging note, with students gaining a wider understanding of academic institutions and emerging approaches in education.
