New Delhi, May 11: Chief Justice of India Surya Kant unveiled two major digital initiatives on Monday to enhance judicial data integration and public access to court services nationwide.
At the start of the day’s Supreme Court proceedings, the CJI announced the “One Case One Data” program. This will unify multi-level information from high courts, district courts, and taluka courts into a single, efficient case management system.
“We are commencing the ‘One Case One Data’ initiative with multi-level information from all high courts, district, and taluka courts embedded,” the CJI stated. “We look forward to developing an efficient case management system.”
In parallel, he launched “Su Sahay,” an AI-powered chatbot on the Supreme Court website, developed by the National Informatics Centre (NIC) with the Supreme Court Registry. It offers litigants simple guidance on accessing court services.
“This will provide a simple and convenient interface for citizens to seek front-end guidelines and essential Supreme Court services,” the CJI explained.
Praising the Registry and Bar members, he added, “My best wishes to the Registry and officers for this commendable job. I’m confident these initiatives will benefit all stakeholders.”
