KARGIL: Baqirya Healthcare & Research Centre (BHRC), Kargil, in collaboration with Paras Hospital Kashmir, organised a free multi-super specialty medical camp in Kargil, attracting a large number of patients who availed themselves of expert consultations and health check-up services.
The camp witnessed an overwhelming response from residents, reflecting the growing demand for specialised healthcare services within the district. Specialist doctors from various medical disciplines examined patients and provided consultations, diagnoses and treatment recommendations.
The initiative was aimed at improving access to quality healthcare services while promoting awareness about preventive healthcare practices among the local population. Patients received expert medical guidance on a range of health concerns, enabling early detection and management of various ailments.
Organisers highlighted the importance of such outreach programmes in addressing healthcare challenges, particularly in remote and geographically isolated areas where access to specialist medical services can often be limited.
