SRINAGAR, Apr 28 : Srinagar Police attached immovable property worth nearly ₹1.5 crore from a notorious drug peddler under the Nasha Mukt Jammu & Kashmir Abhiyaan.
Police Station Rainawari invoked Section 68-F of the NDPS Act to seize a single-storey house and 11 marlas of land owned by Bilal Ahmad Patoo (S/o Ali Mohammad Patoo, Sultan Mohalla, Saidakadal). He faces charges in FIR 39/2022 under Sections 8/20-29 NDPS Act.
