Jammu, Aug 25: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has approved the voluntary retirement of Perwaiz Ahmad Dar, serving as Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) in Ganderbal.
The decision is effective from August 31, 2025. ASP Dar’s retirement marks a notable transition in the police leadership of the district, reflecting years of service in maintaining law and order.
The move has been officially sanctioned by the J&K administration, highlighting procedural adherence and recognition of the officer’s contributions to policing and public safety in the region.
